BERNMOBIL has announced the successful roll out of Qmarkets\u2019 idea management platform to drive innovation for their municipal public transport services.<\/em><\/h2>\n

Tel Aviv, July 1, 2018<\/strong> \u2013 BERNMOBIL, a major public transport operator in and around the Swiss Capital of Berne \u2013 has deployed Qmarkets\u2019 innovation management software for use on desktop and mobile devices for nearly 1000 of its employees.<\/p>\n

Serving over 100 million passengers every year, BERNMOBIL is widely recognized as one of the most forward-thinking public transport operators in Europe across a variety of challenges, from renewable energy to customer satisfaction. However, in order to become even more innovative and efficient, it was decided that the company would need to adopt an open approach to ideation by involving all employees in the process.<\/p>\n

BERNMOBIL\u2019s decision to select Qmarkets for this project came down to the flexible and user-friendly self-admin tool offered within the flex edition of Q-ideate. \u201cWe needed something intuitive that each member of our staff could master quickly.\u201d Shared said Ariane Affolter, Project Manager of Corporate Development at BERNMOBIL \u201cWith Qmarkets, it was easy to roll out an engaging innovation system that was tailored to our exact requirements.\u201d<\/p>\n

This company-wide launch followed a highly successful pilot of the platform, which yielded 60 ideas and 200 idea votes from a total of 50 participants in less than a month.<\/p>\n

The Qmarkets team worked closely with BERNMOBIL\u2019s personnel to ensure their configuration, branding, and workflow requirements were comprehensively fulfilled.<\/p>\n
