Vapo Group has announced the successful company-wide implementation of Qmarkets\u2019 innovation management software. The decision resulted from Vapo Group\u2019s need to harmonize working processes across multiple departments, break down communication barriers, and incentivize employees to contribute their ideas.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4, Finland, September 3rd, 2018 <\/strong>\u2013 Vapo Group, a major producer of environmentally-friendly energy solutions, has selected the flex edition<\/a> of Qmarkets\u2019 Q-ideate platform to crowdsource ideas from their employees. The platform will engage up to 1000 employees spread across Finland, Sweden, and Estonia.<\/p>\n

Vapo Group is committed to delivering sustainable solutions to meet the evolving challenges posed by climate change, urbanisation, and pollution.<\/p>\n

The company – which becomes Qmarkets\u2019 first Finnish customer \u2013 reported an annual turnover of 419.8 million euros in 2017. However, because idea management was being handled manually in an inconsistent way across different departments, it was decided that using a digital innovation platform could harmonize collaboration and allow employees to work seamlessly across borders.<\/p>\n

After evaluating a variety of idea management systems, Vapo Group launched an innovation pilot<\/a> of Qmarkets\u2019 Q-ideate platform in April, 2018.<\/p>\n
